These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and taya993 ("taya993," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the taya993 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at taya993.app (the "Platform").

taya993 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one (1) taya993 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering a taya993 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

taya993 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

taya993 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

The following payment methods are not accepted on the taya993 Platform: cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset), and credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine regulations.

With respect to deposits and withdrawals, the following terms apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's payment section and may vary by method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your taya993 account. taya993 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment account used.
• taya993 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business hours for verified accounts, subject to payment provider processing times and any applicable security reviews.

taya993 offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and voucher credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

All games available on the taya993 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results.

By participating in any game on the taya993 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The rules of each game are as published within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. taya993 will not reverse or cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, taya993 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your taya993 wallet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya993 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one taya993 account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with any game or bet.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing taya993 staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any taya993 system, account, or data.

taya993 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Upon account termination for cause, taya993 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via the original payment method following the completion of any required investigation.

You may close your taya993 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions.

All content on the taya993 Platform — including but not limited to the taya993 brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of taya993 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. taya993's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your taya993 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

taya993 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

taya993 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a taya993 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

taya993 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the taya993 Platform at taya993.app/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

Your continued use of the taya993 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
